Fundesso is a subsidiary of Société Générale. Fundesso is a credit institution governed by French law, authorized by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (4 Place de Budapest CS 92459 75436 PARIS CEDEX 09) and supervised by the same authority, as well as by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (17, place de la Bourse 75082 PARIS CEDEX 02), as a bank providing investment services, authorized to carry out all banking transactions and to provide the services of reception, transmission and execution of orders on behalf of third parties, investment services and custody account management. Fundesso is also registered with the Organisme pour le Registre des Intermédiaires en Assurance under no. 07 022 916 as an insurance broker. Fundesso's registration can be checked at www.orias.fr. Fundesso is not subject to any obligation of exclusivity with one or more insurance companies. The names of the insurance companies with which Fundesso works will be made available to anyone on request. The publication director is Benoit Grisoni in his capacity as representative of Fundesso.
2. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, texts and illustrations, photographs and images are the property of Fundesso and/or third parties contractually linked to Fundesso, holders of the Site's intellectual property rights.
